// SMUDGE - Circle Herbals Plant-Based Prenatal Body Care //
I feel so fortunate to have been introduced to the all natural, plant-based, paraben-free skincare company Circle Herbals. Their products are specifically formulated to be safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding, and each product is handcrafted in small batches by the formulator, midwife, and mom Shaye Arnold Chaim in New York City.
All of these details, of course, excited me about the brand, even before I tried the products. But what I didn't know was the uber relaxing, soothing, ultra-moisturizing results that lay ahead of me when using the Circle Herbals Pregnancy Gift Box.
Circle Herbals Belly Butter: Personally, I would say this is their hero product. Applying the lavender scented Belly Butter to my stomach (and growing mama boobies) before bed has become somewhat of a relaxation ritual for me now. The sweet almond oil soothes itchy skin, while jojoba oil, vitamin E, and butter of mango & shea deeply nourishes. My skin drinks up the rich, creamy texture without ever feeling greasy. The pure lavender essential oil acts as aromatherapy to help with my restless prego sleep. I just absolutely love this product, it's perfect.
Circle Herbals Face & Body Scrub: I have actually never used a dry scrub product like this before and was skeptical at first. But I would have to say this is now tied as my favorite CH product with the Belly Butter. I love using this product while in the bathtub on my belly and face. The smell of sage and lavender fills my bathroom and it is soooo soothing when I am exhausted and feeling uncomfortable (from the super fun pregnancy headaches/backaches). My skin glows after the gentle exfoliation and is prepped for the Circle Herbals Body Butter.
Circle Herbals Lip Balm in Lemon Mist: When I first saw there was a lip balm included in the Pregnancy Kit I was like ok, whatever, lip balm. But honestly, I have been surprised about how much I love this product. I normally am a Carmax freak, but the scent has been too intense for me lately, especially during the first trimester. The CH lip balm is scented with pure essential oils and glides on like silk, leaving my lips deeply hydrated.
Circle Herbals Body Balm Stick: I love to keep this easy to-go balm stick in my purse for when my hands are dry. Also, so great to moisturize elbows and knees.
