Imagine if those hot buttery cinnamon Wetzel Pretzels from the mall had a baby with fresh pumpkin seeds.....yup...you're welcome.
STEP 1: force your boyfriend or friends to get all nostalgic with you and carve pumpkins, put all the creepy pumpkin guts and seeds in a big bowl of warm water, gather the seeds that float to the top and lay them out on a baking sheet to dry overnight
STEP 2: preheat oven to 300 degrees, in a big bowl stir together 1 and 1/2 cups pumpkin seeds with 1 and 1/2 tbsp of melted butter, 1 and 1/2 tsp of cinnamon sugar, 2 tsp of brown sugar, and a 1/2 tsp of sea salt
STEP 3: once the seeds are all nice and coated spread them out flat on a parchment lined baking sheet and roast for 45 mins, warning your house is going to smell f&*king delicious
STEP 4: when they are still hot on the baking sheet sprinkle them with a little more cinnamon sugar and sea salt, serve warm and have everyone love you that much more
